A: Yes, you can have up to three lamps controlled by one unit. dependant on
the power rating of your lamps.

Q : What about the weather, will I be able to install these anywhere in
my outside area?
A: Both Infresco, and the specialist heat lamps we provide in our kits,
are weatherproof to IP65 standards, meaning they are able to
withstand sun, rain and wind! How you want to heat an area will effect
exactly where you mount your lamps (see here for some advice and ideas), the only
restriction is that the lamps cannot be mounted vertically due to the
construction of the specialist bulbs used.

A: No, we supply our controller in Kit form with lamps included for your
convenience but the Infresco controllers may be purchased separately and
easily fitted to an existing infrared heating system.

Q : How much does it cost to run an Infrared lamp heater?
A: That is dependant on the strength of your lamp however the 1.5 kW lamps
we can supply, cost an average of 15p per hour.
A good estimate is 10p per kW, per hour, per lamp. So if you ran 2 x 1.5 kW
lamps for three hours it would cost £0.90p. ( 3 kW X 3 Hours @ 10p = 90p )
Of course the benefits of Infresco are such, that you would only be
paying for that full hour if there was someone there to appreciate it!
